Jenny & Adrian.

Jenny Ashworth

CO-FOUNDER

Jenny is a highly experienced senior leader with a proven track record in the education sector, excelling at every level.

Skilled in strategic leadership, coaching, teaching and project management, Jenny has successfully led teams through change, growth and diversification. Her expertise in line management and strategic planning makes her a trusted guide for organisations navigating improvement and transformation.

A passionate advocate for thoughtful and kind leadership, Jenny not only embodies these values but also mentors others in senior roles to do the same.

As a busy mum of two young children, Jenny masterfully balances her professional and personal roles, showing that it’s possible to wear many hats and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Adrian Ball

CO-FOUNDER

Adrian brings a wealth of experience, leading large teams in the financial services industry before moving into the education sector.

With a strategic mindset and a passion for putting people at the heart of organisations, Adrian knows what it takes to unlock the full potential of your business: your people.

A champion of inclusion and diversity of thought, Adrian understands how to harness different perspectives, build resilience and lead through challenging times.

As an ultramarathon runner, he inspires others to tackle any challenge head-on, combining endurance and determination in every aspect of life.

Adrian holds a Master’s in Strategic Leadership and Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is a certified Belbin Teams practitioner.
